Abstract: Children’s developmental coordination disorder （DCD） was a developmental dysfunction.Children with DCD had coordination disorder in motor skills,but had normal intelligence development.There was less researchs on DCD in China,which did not attract attention yet.However,children with DCD would get a lot of secondary dysfunctions without timely intervene.In this article,we summarized and analyzed the physiological and psychological mechanism of DCD,sociological factors and common clinical evaluation methods using document and information method.We also studied the effect of exercise intervention on improving the motor control ability,coordination ability and balance ability of children with DCD.We suggested that children with DCD should be screened and diagnosed as early as possible,and intervened effectively using more interesting and diverse physical training interference.
