2019年《ESPEN家庭肠内营养指南》解读

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2019年4月，欧洲肠外肠内营养学会（ESPEN）首次发表了一篇仅针对家庭肠内营养（HEN）的临床指南——《ESPEN家庭肠内营养指南》。该指南旨在让医生、护士、营养师、药师、护工及其他家庭营养的相关人员了解HEN的使用指征、禁忌证、临床实施及监测。本文对指南的主要内容进行解读并与国内外现有相关指南或专家共识进行对比，希望为我国HEN的开展及应用提供参考。

Abstract: In April 2019，the European Society of Parenteral Nutrition（ESPEN） first published a clinical guideline for home enteral nutrition（HEN）.The ESPEN Guideline on Home Enteral Nutrition aims to let doctors，nurses，nutritionists，pharmacists，nursing workers and other family nutrition related personnel understand the indications，contraindications，clinical implementation and monitoring of HEN.In this paper，the main contents of the guideline are discussed and compared with the existing guidelines or expert consensus，hoping to provide reference for the development and application of HEN in China.
