2014—2018年我国全科医生相关文献的计量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Literature Research of General Practitioners in China from 2014 to 2018

摘要: 背景 近年来国家高度重视全科医学的建设和发展,但在其快速发展过程中仍存在一些问题,亟需通过研究我国全科医生相关文献,深入了解我国全科医生相关研究现况及其发展趋势。目的 整理分析2014—2018年我国全科医生相关文献资料,揭示我国全科医生相关研究的现状和特点,为今后我国全科医生相关研究提供借鉴。方法 2019-01-08,通过中国知网系统检索2014—2018年我国全科医生相关文献,以“全科医生或含全科医师”“全科医生团队或含全科医师团队”为检索词,以中国知网中文数据库中检索的全科医生相关研究期刊学术文献为研究资料,并应用归纳法、比较分析法和文献计量分析法对所检索文献进行整理分析。结果 2014—2018年我国发表的全科医生相关文献共1 508篇,且逐年上升。我国全科医生相关文献以期刊(90.52%)为主,发文数最多的学科是医药卫生学科(45.23%),研究方法以调查法、描述和探索性研究方法(46.75%)为主。医院、高校和社区卫生服务中心是我国全科医生相关研究的主力军,其发文数占文献总数的91.98%,研究内容主要涉及培训教育与培养(46.22%)。结论 我国重视全科医生的研究与发展,文献数持续增长,研究资助项目较多,全科医生相关研究处于快速发展阶段。我国全科医生相关研究未形成高生产能力的核心作者群,研究地区主要分布在东部沿海经济发达城市,涉及学科范围较广,研究方法多样。全科医生“法律法规、服务质量评价、互联网+、满意度研究、绩效考核、薪酬支付、评价指标体系构建”等是未来研究的新方向。

Abstract: Background In recent years,Chinese government attaches great importance to the construction and development of general practitioners,and there are still some problems in the process of its rapid development.By studying the relevant literature of general practitioners in China from 2014 to 2018,we deeply understand the present situation and development trend of general practitioners in China.Objective To collect and analyze the literature of general practitioners in China from 2014 to 2018,to reveal the present situation and characteristics of general practitioners' research in China,and to provide reference for the related research of general practitioners in China in the future.Methods In January 8 2019,the literature of general practitioners in China from 2014 to 2018 was searched by CNKI database system.“General practitioners,general physicians or team of general practitioners” were used as search words,and taking the academic literature of related research journals of general practitioners retrieved from the CNKI as the research object.The inductive method,comparative analysis method and bibliometric analysis method were used to sort out and analyze the searched literature.Results A total of 1 508 articles of general practitioners were published in China from 2014 to 2018,and the number of research documents has increased since 2014.The literature of general practitioners in China was mainly the journal(90.52%).The subject with the largest number of published literature was medical and health discipline(45.23%).The main research methods were investigation,description and exploratory methods(46.75%).Hospitals,colleges and universities and community health service centers were the main forces of general practitioner research in China,and their number of papers accounted for 91.98% of the total literature.The research content mainly involved training,education and training research(46.22%).Conclusion China attaches importance to the research and development of general practitioners.The number of literature continues to increase,many of which are research-funded projects,and the related research of general practitioners is in the stage of rapid development.The research of general practitioners in China has not formed a high influence core author group,and the research area is mainly distributed in the eastern coastal economically developed cities,involving a wide range of disciplines,with diverse research methods.“Laws and regulations,service quality evaluation,Internet+,satisfaction research,performance appraisal,salary payment,evaluation index system construction”of general practitioners are the new research directions in the future.
