Interpretation of Intrapartum Care for Women with Existing Medical Conditions or Obstetric Complications and Their Babies（NICE 2019）

Abstract

Abstract: Intrapartum Care for Women with Existing Medical Conditions or Obstetric Complications and Their Babies published by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence（NICE） in 2019 covers care during labor and birth for women who need extra treatment because they have a medical condition or complications in their current or previous pregnancy.This guideline aims to improve outcomes for women and babies，which will be a good reference for the maternity care improvement of mother and babies in China.Its interpretation included the introduction of the contents，the analysis of its advancement and practicality that would provide a new perceptive for the guideline development in China，as well as a practical instruction for Chinese professional health providers in maternal and newborn care.

摘要： 2019年英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所（NICE）发布了《伴有内科合并症或产科并发症的母婴产时护理指南》，内容涵盖了因当前或既往在妊娠期间伴临床症状或产科并发症而需额外治疗的孕产妇在分娩期的护理，旨在改善母婴结局，其对我国保障母婴健康安全、提高母婴健康服务质量有一定的借鉴意义。本文对该指南进行解读，包括对指南的内容介绍、先进性和实用性分析以及对我国相关指南发展的借鉴与展望，旨在为我国基层医疗机构产妇和婴儿的护理实践起到一定的指导作用。
