The role of Thematic Research Leader is one of the innovative initiatives by Chinese General Practice to empower academic professionals. In this role, the Thematic Research Leader selects a specific research topic within a broader discipline or health-related field. Articles related to this topic are then solicited from relevant authors and, upon review and approval, published together as a "Thematic Research" section in the journal’s regular issues.

◆ As a Thematic Research Leader, you will need to complete four preparatory steps before officially launching your thematic research section:

2. Participate in a one-on-one discussion with the Editor-in-Chief of Chinese General Practice;
3. Collaborate with the editorial team to finalize the theme and direction of the research topic;
4. Propose a list of potential contributing authors.
