Abstract: The pathogenesis of eosinophilic gastroenteritis is usually associated with allergy，characterized by infiltration of eosinophils in the stomach or the intestinal tract accompanying with peripheral blood eosinophilia.The clinical manifestations include nausea，vomiting，abdominal pain，diarrhea and other non-specific gastrointestinal symptoms.Clinical symptoms are often related with the sites and depth of eosinophils infiltration.We reported one case of eosinophilic gastroenteritis and reviewed the relevant literature.
