Abstract: With the deepening of our country population aging,medical-nursing combined gradually attracted attention from all social circles.This seminar invited medical experts to carry out medical study and research on the combination of medical and support.DING Xiao-yan believed that the implementation of medical-nursing combination needed relay on the basic national health service project.SHEN Qiang thought it should be standardized to carry out the elderly home health management,so as to consolidate the foundation of combination of medical and support.LU Yan-li analysed the three-tier structure of elderly comprehensive health management mode in order to achieve all stages of health management in the elderly.YU Zhen et al supposed that it should allow Chinese traditional medicine to improve healthy pension services mode and it will contribute to "health China".WANG Fang argued that the family doctor-style service as the starting point would strongly promote the elderly health management services.This theme discussion further pointed out the importance of combination of medical and support to social development,and aimed to explore the most suitable mode and the most desired policy in order to promote the better development of medical-nursing combined.

摘要： 随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深，医养结合逐渐引起各界重视，本次主题研讨特邀全科医学专家对医养结合开展研讨，丁小燕认为落实医养结合需借力国家基本卫生服务项目；沈蔷认为应规范开展居家老年人的健康管理，以夯实医养结合基础；卢艳丽分析了三级架构老年人综合健康管理模式，以实现老年人各阶段的健康管理；禹震等认为助力“健康中国”，应让中医药完善健康养老服务模式；王芳认为以家庭医生式服务为抓手，可以扎实推进老年人健康管理服务。主题研讨进一步指出医养结合对当代社会发展的重要性，旨在探索医养结合最适合的模式及最需要的政策，以促进医养结合更好的发展。
