Recent Advances in Intervention Model of Advance Care Planning for Patients with Advanced Cancer

Abstract

Abstract: Advance care planning，which focuses on the communication process among patients，medical care personnel and family members of patients，can help people with advanced cancer to express their preference of end-of-life care，decrease excessive treatments and improve their quality of life and dignity.It has already become a part of the conventional treatment in many western developed countries.There is no empirical study on the intervention model of patients with advanced cancer in China.This paper reviews the literature on the intervention models of advance care planning to build a local intervention model for patients with advanced cancer and provide basis for empirical research on this topic.

摘要： 预立医疗照护计划注重患者、医护人员及家属三者间的沟通过程，可帮助晚期肿瘤患者表达临终治疗意愿，减少过度医疗及提高临终生命质量与尊严，已是很多西方发达国家医疗常规中的一部分。国内尚无晚期肿瘤患者干预模式的实证研究。本文综述晚期肿瘤患者预立医疗照护计划干预模式相关内容，以期为本土化干预模式构建及实证研究提供借鉴和参考。
