Abstract: Objective　To analyze experiences of patients near the end of life，so as to provide the basis for realizing “good death” for patients.Methods　Through Meta synthesis，qualitative researches which reported the experience of patients near the end of life were enrolled and summarized from Chinese databases such as CNKI，Wanfang，CBM，VIP and English databases such as Cochrane Library，PubMed，Medline，EBSCO，CINAHL，Web of Knowledge and EMBase.Results　A total of 6 research literatures were collected.Five themes were identified spiritual distress；desire of alleviating burdens；desire of talking about the death；differences in attitudes towards death；and returning to the essence of life.Conclusion　Near-death experience reflected the experience of human body，mind and spirit.The key to meet the needs of human body，mind and spirit of dying patients and to realize “good death” is to face death with positive attitude，gaining the internal force of peace and returning to the essence of life.

摘要： 目的　分析生命终末期患者的濒死体验，为实现患者“优逝”的目标提供依据。方法　计算机检索中文数据库：中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统（CBM）、维普网（VIP）及外文数据库：Cochrane Library、PubMed、Medline、EBSCO、CINAHL、Web of Knowledge、EMBase。纳入关于生命终末期患者濒死体验的质性研究。检索时间截至2017年10月。进行Meta整合与分析。结果　共纳入6篇文献，经Meta整合后得出5个主题：灵性困扰的牵动，减负的意愿，“死亡”表达的渴求，死亡态度的差异，生命本真的回归。结论　濒死体验反映了患者面对死亡时身、心、灵的感受。积极面对死亡，获取生命平和安详的内在力量，回归生命的本真是满足濒死患者身、心、灵需求，实现“优逝”的关键。
