Abstract: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events are the main causes of death in most diabetic patients.The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in diabetic patients is 2-4 times higher than non-diabetic population.Diabetic patients are often associated with dyslipidemia,hypertension and other important risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.About more than half of the patients with diabetes have a disorder of lipid metabolism.And diabetes with blood lipid disorders is more likely to lead to the occurrence and development of major vascular complications.Therefore,in order to prevent the incidence of diabetic macrovascular disease,we must control the blood glucose at the same time carry out the active modulation of lipid therapy.In recent years,some authoritative guidelines in the field of cardiovascular disease were published in which some new proposals on serum lipid management were put forward.This paper analyzed some of the authoritative guidelines,and based on this,explored the reasonable strategies for lipid management in diabetic patients.

摘要： 心脑血管事件是大多数糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因，糖尿病患者发生心脑血管疾病的风险较非糖尿病人群增加2~4倍。糖尿病患者经常伴有血脂紊乱、高血压等心脑血管病变的重要危险因素。约半数以上的糖尿病患者合并血脂代谢紊乱，糖尿病合并血脂紊乱更容易导致大血管并发症的发生与发展。为更好地预防糖尿病大血管病变，必须在控制好血糖的同时进行积极的调脂治疗。近年公布的心血管领域的一些权威指南对糖尿病患者的血脂管理提出了一些新的建议，本文对部分权威指南进行解析，探讨糖尿病患者血脂管理的合理策略。
