Abstract: Objective　To design O2O platform of community rehabilitation services and to explore its application effects.Methods　120 disabled patients,who accepted O2O platform rehabilitation services in 6 communities of Nanchang in 2015,were selected as the experimental group,and another 120 disabled patients who accepted routine rehabilitation services in 6 similar communities of Nanchang at the same time were conveniently taken as the control group.O2O platform rehabilitation services——patients and their families got online rehabilitation guidance from resident doctors,customized community rehabilitation services,and offline professional rehabilitation services for patients provided by volunteers from Medical College in community through O2O platform.The two groups were intervened for one year;results were evaluated by using Symptom Check List-90（SCL-90）,Modified Barthel Index（MBI）,and World Health Organization Quality of Life-100（WHOQOL-100）.Results　The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid and psychosis between two groups before intervention were not significantly different（P>0.05）;the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid and psychosis in experimental group after intervention were significantly lower than those in control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in total score of MBI and WHOQOL-100 scores of physiology,psychology,independence,social relations,environment and emotional support and total score between two groups before intervention（P>0.05）;total score of MBI and WHOQOL-100 scores of physiology,psychology,independence,social relations,environment and emotional support and total score in experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion　The design and development of O2O platform for community disability rehabilitation services are completed.This platform has positive effect on improving activities of daily living,mental health and quality of life of disabled patients.

摘要： 目的　设计社区残疾康复服务O2O平台，并探讨其应用效果。方法　选取2015年南昌市6个社区接受O2O平台康复服务的残疾患者120例为试验组，同时便利抽取南昌市另外6个相似社区接受常规康复服务的残疾患者120例为对照组。O2O平台康复服务，即通过O2O平台，患者和家属在线上得到住院医师的康复指导，并订制社区康复服务，线下医学院志愿者在社区为患者提供专业的康复服务。两组均干预1年，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、改良Barthel指数（MBI）、世界卫生组织生存质量量表（WHOQOL-100）进行效果评定。结果　两组干预前躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性得分间差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；而试验组干预后躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性得分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组干预前MBI总分和WHOQOL-100生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境、精神支持得分及总分间差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；而试验组干预后MBI总分和WHOQOL-100生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境、精神支持得分及总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论　完成了社区残疾康复服务O2O平台设计和开发，且该平台对提高残疾患者的日常生活活动能力、心理健康状况和生存质量具有积极作用。
