虚拟现实技术在儿童青少年肥胖管理中应用的研究进展

Abstract: Virtual reality technology, as a three-dimensional immersive virtual environment, can effectively improve body fat percentage, weight, metabolic indicators, dietary behaviour, and immersive experience and perception among the rapidly increasing number of obese or overweight children and adolescents. This paper reviews the classification, mechanisms of action, and model characteristics of virtual reality technology applications in obese or overweight children and adolescents, exploring its efficacy in obesity management. It also identifies current challenges in applying VR for obesity management and proposes targeted solutions, aiming to provide reference and guidance for innovative intelligent applications in the management of obesity or overweight among children and adolescents in our country.

摘要: 虚拟现实技术作为一种三维沉浸式虚拟环境,针对目前数量激增的肥胖或超重儿童青少年,能够有效改善体脂率、体重、代谢指标、饮食行为以及沉浸式体验与感知。本文对虚拟现实技术在肥胖或超重儿童青少年中应用的分类、作用机制、型号特点进行综述,探讨其在肥胖管理中的应用效果。同时对目前虚拟现实技术在肥胖管理中的应用挑战,提出针对性解决措施,旨在为我国肥胖或超重儿童青少年肥胖管理的创新性智能应用提供借鉴与参考。
