Abstract: In recent years, the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease has remained high. Cardiac rehabilitation, as a long-term strategy of systematic health management, aims to guide patients to establish scientific exercise habits as early as possible. Although high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is widely used in mass exercise and clinical rehabilitation of chronic diseases, the contradiction between exercise intensity and safety affects the rehabilitation effect. Low volume high-intensity interval training (LV-HIIT) emerged as an optimized solution, which not only promoted technological innovation and improved therapeutic effects, but also avoided the drawbacks of traditional exercises. This paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years and points out that wearable technology is a key enabling tool to support the safe and precise implementation of LV-HIIT. The integration of the two promotes cardiac rehabilitation from "experience" to "precision". Meanwhile, the current issues such as insufficient evidence levels, low data utilization rates, and ethical privacy were reviewed. Subsequent research should deeply explore development paths such as cross-institutional data sharing, policy guarantees, and multi-disciplinary collaboration, providing more targeted theoretical support and practical guidance for the rehabilitation management of coronary heart disease.

摘要: 近年来,冠心病等心血管病患病率居高不下。心脏康复作为系统性健康管理长期策略,终极目标是指导患者尽早建立科学运动习惯。高强度间歇训练(HIIT)虽在群众锻炼和慢性病临床康复领域广泛应用,但运动强度与安全性矛盾影响康复效果。低容量高强度间歇训练(LV-HIIT)作为优化方案出现,既推动了技术创新、提升了疗效,又规避了传统运动弊端。本文回顾国内外近年相关文献,指出可穿戴技术是支撑 LV-HIIT 安全、精准实施的关键赋能工具,二者融合推动心脏康复从“经验”迈向“精准”。同时,评述了当前证据等级不足、数据利用率低、伦理隐私等问题。后续研究应深入探讨跨机构数据共享、政策保障及多学科协同等发展路径,为冠心病康复管理提供更具针对性的理论支撑与实践指导。
