【编者按】 2022-05-03 是第 24 个世界防治哮喘日，今年的主题是“消除差距，实现哮喘的同质管理”，旨在
呼吁人们采取行动，找出并缩小哮喘护理方面的差距。《全球哮喘管理和预防策略》自 1995 年由全球哮喘防治创议
（GINA）出版，作为哮喘诊疗领域的重要指导性文件，为哮喘的管理和预防提供了全面和系统的方案。在今年的世界

防治哮喘日，GINA 专家组发布了 2022 版《全球哮喘管理和预防策略》（以下简称 GINA 2022），本次更新共包括 24
个要点，更新程度为近年最大的一次。因此，本刊邀请北京大学第三医院孙永昌教授团队针对 GINA 2022 的更新要点
进行解读，重点阐述更新的关键因素，并提出新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）流行期间哮喘的管理问题，以供临床
医师参考交流。

【摘要】 哮喘是影响所有年龄段人群健康的全球问题，1995 年“全球哮喘防治创议（Global Initiative for
Asthma，GINA）”专家组出版了《全球哮喘管理和预防策略》（GINA 报告）。2022 年世界防治哮喘日（5 月 3 日），
GINA 专家组发布了 2022 版《全球哮喘管理和预防策略》（GINA 2022），其中纳入了有关哮喘的新科学证据。我国
哮喘患病率呈逐年增长趋势，且目前我国哮喘总体控制水平尚不理想。本文主要对 GINA 2022 的更新要点进行解读，
探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）流行期间哮喘的管理问题，并提出 GINA 2022 对国内哮喘诊治的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Asthma is a serious health problem affecting people of all ages worldwide. To address asthma，the Global
Initiative for Asthma Expert Group published the Global Strategy for Asthma Management and Prevention in 1995，and an
updated version （GINA 2022） with new evidence being incorporated，on the World Asthma Day，May 3，2022. Asthma
prevalence is increasing but is unsatisfactorily controlled generally in China. We mainly interpreted the update points in the GINA
2022，discussed the management of asthma during the COVID-19 pandemic，and assessed the significance of the GINA 2022 for
the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in China.
