2021 年中国基本保健和全科医学科研论文生产力研究

【摘要】 背景 随着我国医疗卫生改革的深化，基本保健和全科医学研究近年在我国发展迅速，论文发表数量
迅速增加。目的 归纳和分析发表于 2021 年的我国基层卫生和全科医学研究领域的科研论文，探究其在论文发表数量、
发表期刊、地域、机构、研究类别、研究方法、作者数量上的特点。方法 本文结合了范围综述方法和文献计量技术，
对中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed、Web of Science 数据库中的，我国科研机构研究者于 2021 年发表的基
本保健和全科医学领域的科研论文进行了系统检索和定量分析。结果 在 2021 年，我国基本保健和全科医学领域发
表的原创研究论文为 3 122 篇。其中基层医疗卫生机构发表的论文量占比为 57.69%，但其论文多数为单一作者撰写；
在此类机构中，东部基层医疗卫生机构发表的论文占比为 80.12%；研究类别以临床研究（58.23%）和卫生服务研究
（27.07%）为主；VOSviewer 对关键词的共现分析显示其研究主题聚焦于“慢性病管理”和“家庭医生签约服务”；
这些论文在研究方法上多使用随机对照试验（40.87%）和横断面调查（36.71%）；该领域绝大多数的论文均发表于非
核心且非 SCI/SSCI 期刊（76.75%），仅有 6.98% 的论文发表于 SCI/SSCI 期刊。结论 我国基本保健和全科医学领域
的生产力水平目前已发展至全球首位，其中，东部地区的基层医疗卫生机构做出了主要贡献。其研究主题较贴近机构
实践及国家的医疗卫生政策。但该领域目前仍存在一系列问题和挑战，如基层医疗卫生机构的研究者缺乏合作、大量
使用随机对照试验方法的研究可能存在质量隐忧、国际 SCI/SSCI 期刊对我国该领域研究的认可度较低。

【Abstract】 Background With the deepening of health care reform in China，primary care and general practice
researches have developed rapidly in recent years，and the number of papers published has increased rapidly. Objective
Summarize and analyze the scientific research papers published in the field of primary care and general practice in China in
2021，explore the characteristics in the number of papers published，journals published，regions，institutions，research
categories，research methods，and the number of authors. Methods Based on the disciplinary definition of the research
concepts，themes and methods in this field，combining scoping review methods and bibliometric techniques，scientific research
papers published by researchers in Chinese scientific research institutions in 2021 included in the CNKI，Wanfang，PubMed，
and Web of Science database were retried，induced and analyzed. In this paper，combined with the scope review method and
bibliometric technology，a systematic search and quantitative analysis were carried out on scientific research papers in the fields
of primary care and general practice published by researchers in Chinese scientific research institutions in 2021 included in the
