睡眠障碍与高血压相关研究热点与趋势分析

【摘要】 背景 高血压作为最常见的慢性病，其影响因素众多。近年来睡眠医学高速发展，众多研究聚焦于探
究睡眠障碍与高血压的关系。然而，睡眠障碍与高血压相关研究仍存在许多不足，且目前尚无探索睡眠障碍与高血压
关系相关研究热点的文献计量学文章。目的 探索并总结睡眠障碍与高血压相关领域的研究热点和趋势。方法 文献
检索来源 Web of Science 核心数据库，主题词为“高血压”和“睡眠障碍”“失眠”“睡眠剥夺”“睡眠破碎”“短
时睡眠”，检索时间为建库至 2021-06-30。使用 CiteSpace 5.7.R5W 对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 本文共纳入
文献 4 589 篇，睡眠障碍和高血压关系的文献数量总体呈增长趋势，发文量最多的年份是 2018 年，2011 年起发文量
增长速度有所提高。近 10 年的相关文献出现频率最高的 10 个关键词分别为高血压、血压、患病率、阻塞性睡眠呼吸
暂停（OSA）、危险因素、睡眠、心血管疾病、气道正压、肥胖、失眠。聚类标签分别为：睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡
眠呼吸紊乱、OSA、睡眠呼吸暂停、失眠、压力、睡眠、流行病学、心力衰竭、症状。对关键词聚类图谱结果进行进
一步分析发现，近 10 年睡眠障碍与高血压相关主要研究方向分别是：（1）睡眠呼吸紊乱，尤其是 OSA 与高血压的关系；
（2）睡眠时间与血压的关系；（3）睡眠质量与血压的关系。突现关键词被引频次最高的文献主要是对睡眠呼吸障碍、
OSA 和短时睡眠的研究。REDLINE 是发文量最大的作者，围绕其形成了最大的作者集团。发文量最大的国家是美国，
机构是匹兹堡大学。结论 睡眠障碍和高血压关系的关注度总体呈增长趋势。2011 年与 2018 年该领域研究热点出现
了较大变化。OSA 和睡眠时间对高血压的影响是关注度最高的热点。

【Abstract】 Background Many factors are associated with hypertension，the most prevalent chronic disease，
among which，the association of sleep disturbance and hypertension has received wide attention as sleep medicine advances
rapidly in recent years. However，relevant studies on sleep disturbance and hypertension have some limitations，and there is no
bibliometric analysis of hotspots about sleep disturbance and hypertension. Objective To review and summarize the research
hotspots and trends of literature related to sleep disturbances and hypertension. Methods Studies about sleep disturbance and
hypertension were searched in Web of Science Core Collection from inception to June 30，2021 using“hypertension”and “sleep
disturbance”“insomnia”“sleep deprivation”“sleep fragmentation”and “short-term sleep”as subject headings. CiteSpace 5.7.R5W
was used for visual analysis. Results In total，4 589 studies were included for analysis. The number of studies generally showed
