Cardiac Rehabilitation Model under the Medical Treatment Partnership System

Abstract

Abstract: Cardiac rehabilitation benefits patients with cardiovascular diseases，but cardiac rehabilitation in China is still in its infancy.This paper explores the application，analysis and construction of cardiac rehabilitation model under the background of medical treatment partnership system，which is of great significance to the development of cardiac rehabilitation.

摘要： 心脏康复使心血管病患者受益，但我国的心脏康复工作仍处于初级阶段。本文探讨在紧密型医联体背景下，对心脏康复模式的应用进行探索、分析、构建，对于推进心脏康复的建设和发展具有重要意义。
