Superficial Siderosis of the Central Nervous System with Acute Cerebral Infarction：a Case Analysis and Literature Review

Abstract

Abstract: A patient with the superficial siderosis of the central nervous system（SSCNS） who had been followed up for many years suddenly presented acute cerebral infarction and was admitted to the Department of Neurology in Hebei General Hospital.The images of this patient in previous years were analyzed and the literature was reviewed.The results showed that the SSCNS may be the cause of acute cerebral infarction in this patient.The SSCNS may be the cause of ischemic stroke，which provides a basis for the etiologic classification of ischemic stroke.

摘要： 本文报道1例多年随访的中枢神经系统表面含铁血黄素沉积症患者突然出现急性脑梗死，对其历年影像进行分析，复习文献，结果表明中枢神经系统表面含铁血黄素沉积症可能是本患者急性脑梗死的病因。中枢神经系统表面含铁血黄素沉积症可能为缺血性脑卒中的病因，为缺血性脑卒中病因分型提供依据。
