Abstract: The burden of cancer is expected to continually grow worldwide due to the growth and aging of the population.Because of family，financial factors or other reasons，the adherence to diagnosis and treatment among low-income cancer patients are poor，which can seriously impair the prognosis and quality of life.Patient navigation （PN） is a new type of continuous cancer care model to improve the accessibility and timeliness of medical resources.Studies show that PN can improve the adherence to diagnosis and treatment among low-income cancer patients significantly.However，there are few related studies in China.Therefore，we reviewed the concept，development process，practice model of PN and its influence on the adherence to diagnosis and treatment among low-income cancer patients，with a view to increasing the relative adherence in such a population as well as the domestic cancer care level.

摘要：

随着人口增多和社会老龄化的加剧，癌症负担持续上升。低收入癌症患者由于家庭经济等原因诊疗依从性较差，严重影响患者的预后和生活质量。患者导航是提高医疗资源可及性和及时性的新型癌症连续性照护模式，在提高低收入及医疗条件较差的癌症患者诊疗依从性方面有着显著效果，但目前国内相关研究尚少，因此本文对患者导航的概念、实施模式和流程、对低收入癌症患者诊疗依从性的影响等方面进行阐述，以期为提高国内低收入癌症患者的诊疗依从性及我国癌症照护水平提供参考。
