Abstract: Guidelines for the Clinical Applications of Bone Metabolic Biochemical Markers was issued by Chinese Medical Society of Osteoporosis and Bone Mineral Research at the end of 2015.It was the first Chinese Guideline that covered general biomarkers,bone regulating hormones and bone turnover markers.Definition,classification,determination,interpretation and clinical application of those markers were adequatedly introduced in this guideline.Guiding advices were suggested to the needs of domestic clinical practice based on domestic and international cinical and basic researches.This article summarized and interpreted key points of the guideline in order to help the clinicians appropriately understand and use this guideline.

摘要： 中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会于2015年底发布了《骨代谢生化标志物临床应用指南》，这是我国第一个覆盖一般生化标志物、骨代谢激素和骨转换标志物的临床指南，对骨代谢标志物的定义、分类、检测、解读和临床应用进行了详细介绍，在总结国内外临床和基础研究之上针对我国临床实际的需求提出了指导性的意见。本文对其中的要点进行解读，希望能给医生理解并恰当应用本指南提供帮助。
