Development of Old-age Care Institutions of Medical-Nursing Combined in Beijing:Problems and Solutions

Abstract

Abstract: In order to analyze the development strategy of old-age care institutions of medical-nursing combined in Beijing,this study analyzed the problems existed in the development and put forward the targeted improvement suggestions through consulting literature and field investigation.We believed that there were some problems existed in the development of old-age care institutions of medical-nursing combined,such as the loose combination between medical resources and pension resources,the failed linkage in the relevant policies,the lack of the high level staff of medical treatment and nursing,and the limited choice for the elderly in Beijing.Therefore,it was suggested to take action to improve medical-nursing combined from combined mode,publicity and promotion,pension products,management mechanisms,personnel training,policy concessions and selection level.

摘要： 为分析北京市医养结合养老机构的发展策略，本文通过文献收集和实地调研，分析北京市医养结合养老机构的发展问题，并提出针对性的改进意见。认为北京市医养结合存在如下问题，如医养结合不够紧密、相关政策未能联动、高水平医护人员短缺、在京老年人选择受限等。为此，建议从结合方式、宣传推广、养老产品、管理机制、人才培养、政策优惠、选择层次上采取措施完善医养结合。
