Abstract: The concept of health management is consistent with that of PDCA cycle quality management,PDCA community health management model utilizes community health service center,a primary medical service platform that facing to all the residents,to combine the four links of community health management with the four process of PDCA cycle quality management,and formulates targeted interventions for groups and individuals respectively,then passes into the next cycle of health management after solving one health problem so as to comprehensively guarantee residents’ health.Based on analyzing health management models at home and abroad,the paper selects community health service center of Chebei Street in Tianhe District in Guangzhou city as the experiment unit,constructs a community health management model that based on PDCA cycle quality management theory,and then makes a feasibility analysis,puts forward existing problems and suggestions,and offers advices and suggestions to the improvement of community health service contents.

摘要： 健康管理与PDCA循环质量管理的理念一致，PDCA社区健康管理模式是利用社区卫生服务中心这一面向全体居民的基层医疗服务平台，将社区健康管理的4个环节与PDCA循环质量管理的4个过程相结合，针对群体和个体分别制定有针对性的干预措施，解决一项健康问题后进入下一项健康管理循环，以此全面保障居民健康。本文在分析国内外健康管理模式的基础上，以广州市天河区车陂街社区卫生服务中心为试点，构建基于PDCA循环质量管理理论的社区健康管理模式，并进行可行性分析，提出存在的问题及建议，对完善社区卫生服务内容建言献策。
