英国全科医学培训中工作场所评估与电子档案介绍及其对我国的启示

Abstract: The Royal College of General Practitioners(RCGP) implements the assessments of general practitioners(GPs) in the UK,which comprises three separate components:applied knowledge test(AKT),clinical skills assessment(CSA) and workplace-based assessment(WPBA).In China,however,WPBA is insufficiently used.WPBA is designed to collect evidence related to 13 items of core professional competences of GPs with 6 assessment tools covering different fields of abilities.Trainee ePortfolio in RCGP website is the electronic recording system of WPBA,which includes the trainees’ self-reflection study,personal growth plan and 6 sets of assessment tools.This paper emphatically introduces how WPBA and trainee ePortfolio are implemented in UK general practice training and puts forward suggestions for improving the evaluation and assessment system of general practice training based on the current general practice training situation of China.

摘要: 英国皇家全科医师学会(RCGP)对全科医生培训的考核包括实践知识考试(AKT)、临床技能考试(CSA)及工作场所评估(WPBA)3部分,其中WPBA在我国的全科医学培训中相对欠缺。WPBA要求全科医生具备13项核心岗位胜任力,共有6套评估工具,分别覆盖了不同能力领域。RCGP网站下的电子档案是WPBA的电子记录系统,主要包括全科培训生的反思日志和个人成长计划、6套评估工具。本文重点介绍了英国全科医学培训中的WPBA及电子档案,并结合我国的全科医学培训现状,为改善当前全科医学培训评价和考核体系提出建议。
