5W1H方法在全科医师培训中的应用与探索

Abstract: Although there are a large number of primary health care institutions in China currently,the service capacity and levels provided by them,especially the quality and technical level of general practitioners(GPs) need to be improved.By means of 5W1H method exploratively,Changhai Hospital,the Second Military Medical University trains general practitioners from six sections such as why,what,who,when/procedure,where and how.The results show that 5W1H method can better promote the implement of the training,and improve the interest of learning and ability of practice of GPs.It also contributes to enhancing the quality of the training.

摘要: 目前我国基层医疗卫生机构数量较多,但其服务能力和服务水平,特别是全科医师的素质和技术水平还有待提高。本院在全科医师培训中探索应用5W1H方法,将全科医师培训从原因(Why)、对象(What)、人员(Who)、时间/程序(When)、地点(Where)、方法(How)6个方面分模块实施。实践证明,在全科医师的培训中应用5W1H方法,可以更好地推进全科教学实施、提高全科医师的学习兴趣与实践能力,有助于提高全科医师的培训质量。
