多氯联苯与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展

Abstract: Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) are persistent organic pollutants and have persistent residuals,bioaccumulation,semi-volatility,and high toxicity.The severe damages PCBs exert on human health and the environment have made these pollutants a research hotspot in recent years.Numerous studies have shown that PCBs have reproductive toxicity,neurotoxicity,carcinogenicity and teratogenicity,and can cause disruption in the endocrine system.According to these studies,type 2 diabetes is a clinical syndrome caused by genetic and environmental factors;the incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing annually,and the incidence and development of type 2 diabetes and diabetic complications may have a close relationship with PCBs.In the present study,new references for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes were provided by reviewing considerable research on the relationship between PCBs and type 2 diabetes,diabetes complications,and other metabolic diseases.The possible pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes was also discussed.

摘要: 多氯联苯是持久性有机污染物中的一类,因其具有长期残留性、生物蓄积性、半挥发性和高毒性,对人类健康和环境造成了严重危害而成为近年的研究热点。大量的研究简述了多氯联苯具有生殖毒性、神经毒性、致癌性、致畸性、内分泌系统干扰性等危害,而2型糖尿病是由遗传和环境因素等复合病因引起的临床综合征,2型糖尿病的患病率逐年增高、2型糖尿病及糖尿病并发症的发生及发展可能与持久性有机污染物中的多氯联苯有很大的关系。本文将从多氯联苯与2型糖尿病、糖尿病并发症及其他代谢性疾病关系的研究现状,多氯联苯致2型糖尿病的作用机制研究进行综述,得出预防和诊治2型糖尿病的新认识。
