Research Progress of Status of Medication Compliance among Elderly Hypertensive Patients and Interventions

Abstract

Abstract: Hypertension that is complicated with various cardiovascular diseases is often one of the leading factors increasing the death and hospitalization rates of the elderly，thereby adding to the economic burden of society.According to foreign and domestic reports，poor medication compliance is a common phenomenon among hypertensive patients，which leads to low hypertension control rate.Improving medication compliance is important in regaining health and cost saving during hypertension drug therapy.This study summarized the status and influence factors of medication compliance among foreign and domestic elderly hypertensive patients and the interventions recommended for improving medication compliance.

摘要： 老年人常因高血压并发各种心血管事件，增加病死率和住院率，给社会带来沉重的经济负担。国内外研究报道显示，高血压患者服药依从性差是目前普遍存在的问题，导致高血压控制率低。因此，在高血压患者药物治疗中，解决依从性不佳的问题，对其健康结局和治疗成本影响非常重要。本文对国内外老年高血压患者服药依从性现状及其影响因素、提高患者服药依从性行为干预方法加以综述。
