Abstract: Objective　To explore the clinical features of measles combined with cytomegalovirus infection in order to provide references for the treatment and the improvement of prognosis.Methods　We enrolled 57 patients who were definitely diagnosed with measles combined with cytomegalovirus infection from January to June in 2014 in Baoding Infectious Diseases Hospital,for each of whom we enrolled 2 to 4 patients with only measles who had matched age, gender and body mass（±0.5 kg）.A total of 188 patients with only measles were included.Clinical data were collected, including gender, place of residence, age, body weight, onset time, history of prophylactic inoculation, clinical manifestations, complications,laboratory examination，treatment and prognosis.Results　The age of patients with measles combined with cytomegalovirus infection ranged from 1 month to 20 years old, with patients aged 3 months to 1 year old accounting for a large proportion （n=50，87.6%）.The onset time was mainly from February to April（n=43, 75.4%）, with April accounting for the majority （n=21，36.8%）.All the patients had fever, with a maximum body temperature of （39.3±2.3）℃ and a fever time of （7.6±1.6）d;rash occurred （2.4±0.9）d after fever occurred, with a length of （4.7±1.4）d;43 patients（75.4%） were in the normal order of symptoms;56 patients（98.2%） had cough, expectoration and other respiratory catarrh symptoms;52 patients（91.2%）had mouth rash（Koplik spot）;27 patients（47.4%） had photophobia and tears, conjunctival redness and eye secretion increase;32 patients（56.1%）had diarrhea, mostly with yellow diluted feces and without grume and pus blood feces.The complications of patients with measles combined with cytomegalovirus infection were mainly bronchitis（n=53, 93.0%）,myocardial damage（n=46，80.7%）,laryngitis（n=42，73.7%）,diarrhea（n=32，56.1%）and conjunctivitis（n=27, 47.4%）.The patients with only measles and the patients with measles combined with cytomegalovirus infection were significantly different （P<0.05） in place of residence, fever time, rash time, length of hospital time and the incidence rates of diarrhea, abnormal liver function, anemia, mycotic stomatitis and lymphocyte count elevation.Conclusion　Measles combined with cytomegalovirus infection is more likely to happen in infants.This kind of patients have longer fever time and measles time and higher incidence rates of diarrhea，abnormal liver function,anemia, mycotic stomatitis and lymphocyte count elevation.

摘要： 目的　探讨麻疹合并巨细胞病毒感染患者的临床特征，为其治疗及改善预后提供依据。方法　选取2014年1—6月保定市传染病医院确诊的麻疹合并巨细胞病毒感染患者57例，并对每例患者选取2～4例年龄、性别相同、体质量（±0.5 kg）相近的麻疹患者进行配对，共纳入麻疹患者188例。收集患者临床资料，包括性别、居住地、年龄、体质量、发病时间、预防接种史、临床表现、并发症、实验室检查、治疗与转归情况。结果　麻疹合并巨细胞病毒感染患者年龄1个月～20岁，以3个月～<1岁为主（50例，86.6%）。发病时间集中于2～4月（43例，75.4%），以4月为主（21例，36.8%）。患者均出现发热，最高体温（39.3±2.3）℃，发热时间（7.6±1.6）d；发热后（2.4±0.9）d出现皮疹，出疹时间（4.7±1.4）d，以正常顺序出疹的患者43例（75.4%）；具有咳嗽、咳痰等呼吸道卡他症状56例（98.2%），口腔内出现口腔黏膜斑（柯氏斑）52例（91.2%），畏光流泪、结膜红肿及双眼分泌物增多27例（47.4%），腹泻32例（56.1%），多为黄色稀水便，未见黏液及脓血便。麻疹合并巨细胞病毒感染患者并发症以支气管炎（53例，93.0%）、心肌损害（46例，80.7%）、喉炎（42例，73.7%）、腹泻（32例，56.1%）和结膜炎（27例，47.4%）为主。麻疹与麻疹合并巨细胞病毒感染患者临床特征中，居住地、发热时间、出疹时间、住院时间及腹泻、肝功能受损、贫血、鹅口疮、淋巴细胞计数升高发生率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论　麻疹合并巨细胞病毒感染好发生于婴幼儿，发热时间及出疹时间长，腹泻、肝功能受损、贫血、鹅口疮、淋巴细胞计数升高发生率高于麻疹患者。
