Abstract: Background and Objective: This guideline aims to establish a scientific, systematic, and operable technical specification for the production and dissemination of hospital health science popularization works. The purpose is to standardize the entire content production process, improve the quality of science popularization works, and ensure the effective communication of scientific information.Methods:Based on the World Health Organization's evidence-based practice standards, this guideline was developed through literature research and questionnaire surveys. The SPICE framework (Setting, Perspective, Intervention, Comparison, Evaluation) was applied to conduct qualitative analysis and coding of 526 written comments from 32 industry experts, forming 14 questions to guide evidence review. The drafting team formulated the guideline framework, which was finalized after multiple rounds of review by expert advisory groups and external review groups, as well as meetings and testing.Applicable Scenarios: TThis guideline applies to tertiary hospitals and their practitioners for the standardized management of the planning, production, release, and dissemination of health science popularization works. It covers application scenarios including in-hospital education, community promotion, and online platform dissemination. It also serves as a reference for secondary hospitals and primary healthcare service centers in conducting health science popularization work.Core Recommendations: This guideline establishes a rigorous, systematic, and operable closed-loop management system covering six core stages from preliminary planning to final evaluation. In terms of strategic planning, it emphasizes the basic principles of "science first," audience-centricity, and standardized control, while promoting precise dissemination strategies based on audience health literacy stratification. regarding quality control, a three-level review system ("department initial review — cross-departmental re-review — hospital leadership final review") is constructed. For execution and evaluation, it recommends formulating integrated communication plans and establishing a multi-dimensional effectiveness evaluation system covering participation, awareness, and behavioral change, ensuring that science popularization efforts can precisely reach targets and achieve effective conversion.Application Value and Guiding Significance: By providing clear technical paths and operational tools, this guideline assists medical institutions in building professional teams and long-term mechanisms. Its implementation helps systematically improve the supply quality of health science popularization content and optimize communication effectiveness.
