Changes in Medical Labels：Emotional Experience of Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract

Abstract: As the incidence of dementia increases year by year，mild cognitive impairment（MCI） occurs as pre-dementia in the medical diagnosis with non-ignorable psychosocial impact.This paper reviews the relevant literatures at home and abroad and summarizes different emotional experience of patients with MCI at and after diagnosis.We reflect the negative impacts of changes in medical labels，in order to provide the direction for the establishment of individualized health support and service system for MCI.

摘要： 随着痴呆发病率的逐年提高，轻度认知障碍作为痴呆前期出现在医疗诊断中，而诊断所带来的社会心理影响不能忽视。本文通过对国内外相关文献进行回顾，综述轻度认知障碍患者诊断时及诊断后的不同情感体验，反思医疗标签变动带来的负面影响，为建立轻度认知障碍个性化的健康管理支持与服务体系提供方向。
