摘要: 在当前医学教育领域中,虚拟现实技术和人工智能等新一代信息技术的应用已经成为一个备受关注的话题,在医学人才培养中逐步发挥重要的作用。在全科医学住院医师规范化培训教学中,虚拟现实技术和人工智能的应用可以为教学过程的个性化和交互性提供有力支持,为教学模式提供新的思路和方法。本研究旨在探讨基于人工智能技术构建模拟情景标准化病人在全科医学住院医师规范化培训技能培训教学中的应用,为医学教育和临床实践提供参考。本文系统地探讨了当前国内外人工智能技术在构建模拟情景标准化病人方面的应用,展望了人工智能技术在全科医学住院医师规范化培训中构建模拟情景标准化病人展现出的巨大发展及应用潜力。

Abstract: In the current field of medical education, the application of new-generation information technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence has become a highly discussed topic, gradually playing an important role in the cultivation of medical talent. In the standardized training of general practice residents, the application of virtual reality technology and artificial intelligence can provide strong support for the personalization and interactivity of the teaching process, offering new ideas and methods for the teaching model. This study aims to explore the application of simulated scenario standardized patients constructed based on artificial intelligence technology in the skills training of standardized training for general practice residents, providing a reference for medical education and clinical practice. This paper systematically discusses the current applications of artificial intelligence technology in constructing simulated scenario standardized patients both domestically and internationally. It also looks forward to the significant development and potential applications of artificial intelligence in the creation of standardized patients for simulated scenarios in the standardized training of general medicine residents.
