国外健康教育师资建设的实施经验及对我国的启示

Abstract: Health education is an important way to disseminate health knowledge and skills,promote the development of individual and public health,and is also an important strategy to solve today’s public health problems,and construction of teachers team is the inherent requirement and the key to health education development.Countries such as the United States,England and New Zealand and other have formed a comparatively mature theory and practice system in the aspect of construction of teachers team in health education,and have provided important guarantee for the development of health education work.The paper summarizes the basic experiences of construction of teachers team in health education of foreign countries,and analyzes the current situation and insufficiencies of health education in China.Based on foreign development ideas and implementation experiences of countries,the author puts forward certain enlightenments to the construction of teachers team of health education in China.

摘要: 健康教育是传播健康知识与技能、促进个体和公共健康发展的重要途径,也是解决当今公共卫生问题的重要策略,师资建设是健康教育发展的内在要求和关键。美国、英国、新西兰等国家在健康教育师资建设方面形成了比较成熟的理论与实践体系,为健康教育工作的开展提供了重要保障。本文总结了国外健康教育师资建设的基本经验,分析我国健康教育的现状和不足,在借鉴国外发展思路和实施经验的基础上,提出我国健康教育师资建设的启示。
