Research Progress of Health-related Behavioral Interventions in Obese Patients after Bariatric Surgery

Abstract

Abstract: The safety and efficacy of bariatric surgery for the treatment of severe obesity and its comorbidities have been recognized. However，surgery alone may not result in optimum long-term weight loss and body mass outcome，which is related to postoperative health-related behaviors. Therefore，this article mainly introduces the single health-related behavioral intervention based on dietary intervention，exercise intervention，psycho-social intervention and the intervention of multiple health behavior change for postoperative patients in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of health-related behavioral interventions for postoperative patients in China.

摘要： 减重代谢手术用来治疗严重肥胖及其合并症的安全性及有效性已经得到认可，然而仅采用手术治疗的方法仍不能维持患者较好的体质量结局，这与患者术后的健康相关行为有关。因此，本文介绍针对肥胖人群代谢术后的以饮食干预、运动干预、心理-社会干预为主的单一健康相关行为干预及多种健康行为改变的干预内容、干预措施及干预效果，旨在为制定适合我国肥胖人群的减重代谢术后健康相关行为干预方法提供理论依据。
