Research Progress on Psychotropic Medications and Sexual Dysfunction

Abstract

Abstract: Patients with psychiatric illness are often troubled by sexual dysfunction and many sexual symptoms resolve as the mental state improves.However，treatment-emergent sexual adverse events tend to persist over time，such as decreased libido，delayed orgasm，and sexual arousal difficulties caused by antidepressants，antipsychotics and mood stabilizers，which is usually ignored by clinicians due to cultural or professional factors.Treatment-emergent sexual dysfunction adversely affects quality of life and may contribute to reducing treatment adherence.Thus，this study is designed to report the treatment effect of three psychosis（schizophrenia，depression and bipolar disorder）on sexual dysfunction，and the management of sexual dysfunction，providing psychiatrists some suggestions about optimal protocol of psychotropic treatment.

摘要： 精神疾病患者常伴随性功能障碍（SD），很多患者SD会随着精神疾病的好转而好转，但由抗精神病药物引起的症状却会一直存在，如服用抗抑郁症药物、抗精神分裂症药物以及情绪稳定剂引起的性欲减退、高潮障碍、唤起障碍等。由于文化因素以及专业性等问题，精神疾病患者治疗期间出现的SD常被临床医生所忽视，但SD会严重影响患者的生活质量并降低患者的用药依从性。因此，本文通过搜索国内外相关文献，重点介绍3种常见精神疾病（精神分裂症、抑郁症、双相障碍）的治疗对SD的影响，以期为精神疾病的临床治疗提供建议和参考。
