摘要： 骨质疏松症是一种常见的代谢性骨病变，其导致的骨折及其他并发症严重影响患者的生活质量，同时也给患者家庭和社会带来沉重负担，被世界卫生组织（WHO）列为危害中老年健康的“三大杀手”之一。我国是目前全球骨质疏松症患者最多的国家，2006年的患者数量近7 000万，虽缺乏近期流行病学调查，但据估测目前的患者数量已远超上述数据。骨质疏松症是可防可治的，且预防重于治疗。其导致的骨折发病率、致残率及死亡率较高，患者的有效治疗率却较低。基层医疗卫生机构是骨质疏松症预防宣教、危险因素评估、高危人群筛查的第一道关口，是建立分级诊疗制度的基础，在实现骨质疏松症的全面防控中发挥着重要作用。
2017年中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会发布《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南》（2017版），为便于基层医疗卫生机构医师的实际应用，《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗社区指导原则》编写组在该指南的基础上，修订了《原发性骨质疏松症社区诊疗指导原则》。该指导原则介绍了骨质疏松症的分类、临床表现，就其早期筛查、诊断、防治给出了指导意见，同时给出了骨质疏松症的分级诊疗流程、社区随访管理建议。该指导原则的可操作性强，可以为基层医务人员切实做好骨质疏松症社区防控工作提供指导，敬请关注。
