Abstract: General Practice is a core secondary clinical discipline that serves the construction of the primary healthcare system and the tiered medical care system. Its high-quality development aligns with the requirements of the “Healthy China 2030” initiative and is crucial for addressing major public health challenges such as population aging and the high prevalence of chronic diseases. This paper systematically explores the disciplinary positioning, core characteristics, development drivers, and current status of General Practice. Furthermore, it proposes specific recommendations to advance the high-quality development of the discipline across six dimensions：theoretical innovation, methodological breakthroughs, service quality improvement, education and training enhancement, focus of research direction, and intensification of academic exchange. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical references for building a basic healthcare system with Chinese characteristics and achieving the strategic goals of Healthy China.

摘要： 全科医学是服务于基层医疗卫生体系建设与分级诊疗制度建设的核心二级临床学科，其高质量发展契合“健康中国2030”规划纲要要求，是应对人口老龄化、慢性病高发等重大公共卫生挑战的关键。本文围绕全科医学的学科定位与核心特征、发展驱动力及发展现状展开系统探讨，并从理论创新、方法学突破、服务质量提升、教育培训完善、科研方向聚焦、学术交流强化六个维度，提出推进全科医学学科高质量发展的具体建议，以期为构建中国特色基本医疗卫生制度、实现健康中国战略目标提供理论支撑与实践参考。
