Abstract

Abstract: Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults aged 65 years and older in China. In 2018, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) released the Recommendation Statement on "Interventions to Prevent Falls in Community-Dwelling Older Adults" based on a systematic review of the latest evidence and an evaluation of the benefits and harms of interventions for falls in community-dwelling older adults, and this statement was updated in 2024. Drawing on China's2022 Expert Consensus on the Comprehensive Management of Fall Risk in Older Adults, this article interprets the updated 2024 USPSTF Recommendation Statement, aiming to provide general practitioners in China with the latest evidence and reference for implementing fall prevention measures in older adults.

摘要： 跌倒是我国65岁以上老年人因伤害死亡的首位原因，2018年美国预防临床服务指南工作组（USPSTF）通过评估最新研究证据并分析干预措施对社区老年人跌倒的获益与危害，发布了《社区老年人跌倒的预防措施》推荐声明，并于2024年进行更新。本文结合我国2022年《老年人跌倒风险综合管理专家共识》，解读最新2024年美国预防服务工作组《社区老年人跌倒的预防措施》推荐声明，旨在为我国全科医生提供预防老年人跌倒措施的最新依据和参考。
