Abstract:
With the arrival of the rising tide of China's aging population，the number of patients with severe cardiovascular disease such as acute myocardial infarction and heart failure has increased significantly.Early cardiac rehabilitation training using community and family support reasonably，is not only conducive to delaying the disease progression，and improving prognosis，but also avoiding the waste of medical resources and reducing national health expenditures.At present，China's health system offering cardiac rehabilitation only consists of some tertiary hospitals，and cardiac rehabilitation services have not been paid enough attention throughout the country，which make a considerable number of patients with severe cardiovascular disease be separated from the normal work and social lives after leaving the hospital，preventing them from returning to society.This article briefly reviews cardiac rehabilitation and the role of community and family in cardiac rehabilitation.

摘要： 随着我国老龄化社会的到来，急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭等严重心血管病带病生存患者人数显著增加。通过早期的心脏康复训练，合理发挥社区和家庭在心脏康复中的作用，不仅有利于延缓患者的疾病进展，改善预后，而且还有效避免医疗资源的浪费，并减少国家财政支出。目前我国心脏康复体系仍局限于部分三级医院，未在全国范围内取得足够重视，使得相当一部分严重心血管病患者在出院后处于与工作、社会脱节状态，不能回归社会。因此本文就心脏康复的概述和社区及家庭康复在心脏康复中的作用做一综述。
