摘要: 非转移性黑色素瘤糖蛋白B(Gpnmb)是一种在低转移潜能黑色素瘤细胞系中首次发现的Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白。近年来研究发现,肥胖可促进脂肪组织Gpnmb的表达及分泌,同时,Gpnmb可通过增加体质量、促进脂质合成、加重胰岛素抵抗导致肥胖及其相关疾病的发生,因此,Gpnmb有望成为预测和治疗肥胖及相关疾病的新靶点,本文就其与肥胖及相关疾病研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Glycoprotein non-metastatic melanoma protein B(Gpnmb) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein first identified in melanoma cell lines with low metastatic potential.Recent research has shown that obesity promotes expression and secretion of Gpnmb in adipose tissue.Additionally,Gpnmb could contribute to obesity and obesity-related diseases by increasing weight,promoting lipid synthesis and aggregating insulin resistance.Therefore,Gpnmb may be a promising target for predicting and treating obesity and obesity-related diseases.This article reviews recent advances in the association of Gpnmb with obesity and obesity-related diseases.
