心率控制在心力衰竭患者中的临床意义及研究进展

摘要： 心率对于心力衰竭患者具有重要意义，但在不同类型、病因、阶段的心力衰竭中发挥的作用并不尽相同；同时，无论是控制心率的经典药物β-受体阻滞剂，还是近年来研究较多的伊伐布雷定，各自适用的心力衰竭类型尚存争议。本文总结了心率控制在不同类型心力衰竭中的意义，包括心房颤动合并心力衰竭、左心室射血分数保留的心力衰竭（HFpEF）、急性心力衰竭以及易损期心力衰竭，为临床制定个体化心率控制用药方案提供依据。

Abstract: Heart rate is important for patients with heart failure（HF），but its role varies in specific HF depending on types，pathogeny or stages.It remains controversial about the effect of heart rate control on the different types of HF，especially how to choose the appropriate medicine between the beta-blockers and the new drug，ivabradine.This study reviews the clinical significance of heart rate control varied in different heart types of heart failure，including HF patients with atrial fibrillation（AF），with preserved ejection fraction（HFpEF），at acute stage and in vulnerable period.The aim of the review is to provide reasonable evidence for physicians to make individualized heart rate control of heart failure.
