Acute Renal Injury Induced by Hemoglobinuria:Analysis of Two Cases and Literature Review

Abstract

Abstract: Acute kidney injury （AKI） is a clinical syndrome that characterized by sudden decline in renal function.It is a critical illness in clinic.With poor prognosis and high mortality,its incidence rate was increasing year by year.Patients with acute renal injury caused by hemoglobinuria were not commonly seen in nephrological clinic.The paper introduces two AKI patients whose disease were caused by paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and mechanical hemolysis,investigates this through combination of literature review and hopes to provide references for timely diagnosis and treatment of AKI patients who are caused by hemoglobinuria.

摘要： 急性肾损伤（AKI）是以肾功能突然减退为特征的临床综合征，是临床上常见的急危重症，且发病率呈逐年上升趋势，预后差，病死率高。血红蛋白尿所致急性肾损伤者肾科临床较少见，本文介绍了2例阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿及机械性溶血所致的AKI患者，并结合文献复习加以探讨，以期为血红蛋白尿所致的AKI患者的及时确诊及治疗提供借鉴。
