Emerging Adulthood Management in Inflammatory Bowel Disease：New Progress and Implications

Abstract

Abstract: Inflammatory bowel disease（IBD），which is characterized by chronic course，high recurrence rate and canceration rate，has become a chronic disease affecting people's health that cannot be ignored.IBD patients during emerging adulthood have to face the dual challenges of disease management and social adaptation，but the emerging adulthood management is still a weak link in the health management of IBD in China.This paper reviewed the new progress in emerging adulthood management in IBD at home and abroad，with detailed analysis of the difficulties，key elements and projects of emerging adulthood management，and recommendations proposed for current and future development of emerging adulthood management in IBD in China，providing a reference for improving the management level.

炎症性肠病具有病程长、复发率高、癌变率高等特点，已成为影响人们健康的、不容忽视的慢性病之一。成人初显期炎症性肠病患者需面临疾病管理和社会适应的双重挑战，但目前成人初显期管理仍是我国炎症性肠病患者健康管理的薄弱环节。本文主要总结了国内外炎症性肠病患者成人初显期管理的研究进展，分析了炎症性肠病患者成人初显期面临的困境、进行管理的核心要素及相关管理项目，并提出了我国炎症性肠病患者成人初显期管理策略和发展建议，以期为提升我国炎症性肠病患者成人初显期管理水平提供参考。
