Abstract: Outpatient consultation is the most important part of a diagnostic and therapeutic process in general practice，whose quality reflects the professional ability of the general practitioner.It is also an important aspect of research in general practice.We analyzed the dialogue in a demonstrated outpatient consultation and the whole process in a general practice in the UK using a step-by-step approach，and summarized the results，concluding that the consultation is patient-centered，complete and efficient，and it also reflects the high quality of the general practitioner.

摘要： 全科门诊的接诊是全科医生诊疗最重要的环节，是体现全科医学诊疗能力和水平的重要内容，同时也是全科医学研究的重要方面。本文从英国全科门诊接诊的范例出发，根据案例文本逐一分析了接诊的对话和过程，总结了接诊结果，充分体现了全科医生全面而高效的接诊特点，展现了以病人为中心的接诊细节，体现了全科医生的特色和价值。
