Abstract: Background　General practitioners（GPs） are the "gatekeepers" of residents' health.Establishing and improving the training system of GPs and strengthening the construction of GP team are important parts of the reform of medical and health system.Objective　Through an in-depth analysis of the situation of GP education after graduation in Chongqing from 2015 to 2018，this paper tries to find out the existing problems and put forward some suggestions.Methods　The age，education background，identity，certification status and job position of GPs and assistant GPs participating in training from 2015 to 2018 in 55 GP training bases in Chongqing were collected.And the training scale and situation were analyzed. Results　From 2015 to 2018，the general practitioner standardized training，and the education background of the participants was mainly undergraduate，accounting for 92.53%（1 486/1 606）of the total number.In 2018，the number of undergraduates was 95.24%（420/441），an increase of 5.82% compared with 89.42%（321/359） in 2015.The participants were mainly fresh graduates and unit personnel，accounting for 60%-70% of the total number of fresh students，and mainly rural order oriented training students，accounting for about 80%.In 2016—2018，the training of assistant general practitioners was mainly based on junior college education，accounting for 98.99%（685/692） of the total number；among the participants，the fresh graduates accounted for 58.67%（406/692） of the total number.Conclusion　At present，the training of assistant GPs starts late and the scale is insufficient.In the next step，we should continue to carry out training for rural order-oriented students（undergraduates） of clinical medicine and local specialized medical students freely.At the same time，specialized training for medical students should be started as soon as possible，and the training scale of assistant GPs should be appropriately expanded.

摘要： 背景　全科医生是居民健康的“守门人”，建立健全全科医生培养制度，加强全科医生队伍建设，是医药卫生体制改革的重要部分。目的　深入分析2015—2018年重庆市毕业后全科医生教育开展情况，查找问题所在，提出建议。方法　收集重庆市55家全科培训基地2015—2018年全科医师规范化培训、助理全科医生培训参培人员年龄、学历、身份、持证情况、工作岗位等信息，分析培养规模和参培情况。结果　2015—2018年全科医师规范化培训，参培人员的学历以本科为主，占总人数的92.53%（1 486/1 606），2018年本科生为95.24%（420/441），较2015年的89.42%（321/359）增加5.82%；参培人员以应届毕业生和单位人为主，应届生占总人数的60%~70%，以农村订单定向培养学员为主，占80%左右。2016—2018年助理全科医生培训，参培人员的学历以专科为主，占总人数的98.99%（685/692）；参培人员中，应届毕业生占总人数的58.67%（406/692）。结论　目前重庆市毕业后全科医生教育存在助理全科医生培训启动晚且规模不足的问题；下一步应继续坚持开展临床医学专业（本科）农村订单定向医学生免费培养，沿用属地化免费医学专科生培训，同时尽快启动专科层次农村订单定向医学生免费培养，并适度扩大助理全科医生培训规模。
