Problems and Countermeasures in Community-based Management of Stroke in China

Abstract

Abstract: Stoke is the leading cause of death in China，which has high incidence，high disability rate，and high cost of treatment.It not only seriously impairs the health and quality of life of patients，but also poses a heavy socioeconomic burden to many families and the nation.Providing effective and comprehensive community-based interventions for stroke，and actively delivering services for long-term prevention and treatment of stroke，are important part of community-based health management.This article reviews the existing problems in community-based management of stroke，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

摘要： 脑卒中是目前我国首位死亡因素，且发病率高、致残率高、治疗费用高，不仅严重危害患者健康和生活质量，而且给国家和许多家庭带来沉重的社会和经济负担。及时有效地在社区给予综合干预措施，积极开展对脑卒中长效防治是社区健康管理重要医疗服务的任务。本文将对脑卒中社区管理中存在的问题及相应的对策进行综述。
