澳大利亚全科医学持续职业发展教育项目及其对我国深圳市全科医学发展的启示

Abstract: To ensure that residents have qualified healthcare "gatekeepers",it is necessary to train excellent general practitioners(GPs).And continuing medical education for GPs is an important measure for promoting the sustainable development of general practice workforce.After years of exploration,Australia has developed a relative mature system and an effective mode for general practice education.The studying of the advanced experience of Australia is conducive to the improvement of general practice education in China.We discussed the development of continuing education for general practice in Australia from the aspects of essentials of general practice education system,model of continuing medical education for GPs,and practices for continuing medical education programs for GPs in the country.Then,to solve the problems and overcome the barriers in general practice development in Shenzhen,we put forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions with referring to the advanced experience of Australia.

摘要: 培养优秀的全科医生是促进其发挥居民健康“守门人”作用的重要保障,全科医生持续职业发展是保证全科医学人力资源可持续发展的重要措施。澳大利亚全科医学教育经过多年的探索已基本形成了相对成熟和有效的体系及模式,探索其发展成果及经验,有利于促进我国全科医学教育的完善。本文主要围绕全科医学持续职业发展展开探究,从澳大利亚全科医学教育体系概况、全科医生持续职业教育发展的模型、澳大利亚持续职业教育具体做法方面进行了阐述,随后立足于我国深圳市发展现状,总结梳理其中现存的不足与发展阻碍,在此基础上,借鉴澳大利亚全科医学持续职业发展教育相关经验,提出可改善和促进引我国深圳市全科医学教育发展的、合理且可行的改进建议。
