传统针法怪蟒翻身结合定向本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法治疗脊柱侧弯三维矫形植骨融合内固定术后单侧梨状肌退变性疼痛一例并文献复习

Abstract: In the past decade,the pain induced by piriform muscle degeneration becomes a problem hard to solve in the field of rehabilitation after spinal internal fixation in China.At present,there is no clear and effective treatment norm.This paper reported the individualized treatment for one case with pain caused by unilateral piriform muscle degeneration after three-dimensional correction of scoliosis with spinal fusion,bone grafting and internal fixation,with the mature biomechanical methods introduced from Hong Kong,TCM acupuncture precise-method of python wriggling for neuroregulation based on the improved image parameters,and oriented proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) for the correction of the affected limb from the perspective of compensation.It is the first successful report of the literature in China,which provides an exploration potential solution for the national shortage techniques needed by "rehabilitations back to the community".

摘要: 近十年,梨状肌退变性疼痛为国内脊柱内固定术后康复的一大难题,目前尚无明确有效的诊疗规范。本文首次引进香港成熟的生物力学手段,以改进影像参数后的传统针法怪蟒翻身用于神经调节,结合补偿角度下的定向本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法(PNF)用于患肢矫正,个体化治疗1例脊柱侧弯三维矫形植骨融合内固定术后单侧梨状肌退变性疼痛。此为国内文献首例成功报告,为国家紧缺技术“康复回社区”提供探索思路。
