Abstract: There is a severe prevalence of stroke globally.In order to control and reverse the continuous growing trend of stroke,developed countries have taken a series of strategies for disease prevention,management and monitoring.To investigate the hygiene information strategies and experience（including disease monitoring,tele-medicine and clinical decision support） that related with the prevention and control of stroke internationally through literature review,and hope to provide references for the promotion of hygiene information strategies construction of stroke prevention and control in China.

摘要： 全球脑卒中流行趋势严峻，为了控制和逆转脑卒中不断增长的流行趋势，发达国家采取了一系列疾病预防、管理及监测策略。本文通过文献综述，了解国际上关于脑卒中防治的卫生信息化策略及经验，包括疾病监测、远程医疗及临床决策支持3个方面，以期为促进我国脑卒中防治卫生信息化策略建设提供借鉴。
