癌症靶向治疗后心血管毒副作用的分子机制研究进展

Abstract: Molecular targeted therapy is a revolutionary approach in cancer treatment that improves the quality of life of patients and prolongs patient life.However,targeted drugs often have cardiovascular toxicity.In this article,we review the adverse cardiovascular events associated with targeted therapies,including cardiac dysfunction and heart failure,arrhythmias,pulmonary hypertension,hypertension,arterial and venous ischemia and hemorrhage.We also summarize the mechanisms that contribute to the cardiovascular side effects of target drugs.

摘要: 分子靶向治疗是癌症治疗革命性改变,其提高了患者生活质量,延长了患者寿命,但此类药物多具有心血管毒性。本文总结了与靶向治疗相关的心血管不良事件,包括心功能障碍、心力衰竭、心律失常、肺动脉高压、高血压以及动脉和静脉缺血、出血,总结了造成心血管毒副作用的相关机制,旨在为今后的研究提供帮助。
