Abstract: Objective　To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and erythropoietin（EPO） in serum and aqueous humor of neovascular glaucoma（NVG） patients.Methods　20 patients with NVG（A group）,20 patients with primary glaucoma （B group） and 20 patients with cataract （C group） were admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University in 2013.The VEGF and EPO in the serum and aqueous humor of 3 groups were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method.The expression levels of serum VEGF and EPO mRNA of 3 groups were measured using RT-PCR method.Results　There was no significant difference in serum EPO level among 3 groups （P>0.05）.The serum VEGF level and aqueous humor levels of VEGF and EPO in B group and C group were lower than those in A group（P<0.05）.The serum VEGF level and the aqueous humor levels of VEGF and EPO in C group were lower than those in B group（P<0.05）.There was no linear correlation between serum and aqueous humor levels of VEGF and EPO of NVG patients （r values were-0.274 and -0.182,respectively,P>0.05）.The expression levels of serum VEGF mRNA in B group and C group were lower than those in A group （P<0.05）.The expression levels of serum VEGF mRNA in C group were lower than those in B group （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in expression level of serum EPO mRNA among 3 groups （P>0.05）.Conclusion　The levels of VEGF,EPO in aqueous humor of NVG patients are higher,and there is no linear correlation between levels of VEGF and EPO in serum and aqueous humor.It suggestes that VEGF and EPO might be independent factors in the pathogenesis of NVG to a certain extent.

摘要： 目的　探究新生血管性青光眼（NVG）患者血清及房水血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、促红细胞生成素（EPO）的表达情况。方法　选取2013年在赣南医学院第一附属医院就诊并住院治疗的NVG患者20例（A组）、原发性青光眼患者20例（B组）及白内障患者20例（C组）。采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测3组患者血清及房水VEGF、EPO水平；采用反转录聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）检测3组患者血清VEGF、EPO mRNA水平。结果　3组患者血清EPO水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；B组、C组血清VEGF水平及房水VEGF、EPO水平低于A组（P<0.05）；C组血清VEGF水平及房水VEGF、EPO水平低于B组（P<0.05）。NVG患者血清及房水中VEGF水平与EPO水平均无直线相关关系（r值分别为-0.274、-0.182，P>0.05）。B组、C组血清VEGF mRNA水平均低于A组（P<0.05）；C组血清VEGF mRNA水平均低于B组（P<0.05）；3组患者血清EPO mRNA水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论　NVG患者房水中VEGF、EPO水平均较高，而血清及房水中VEGF、EPO水平无直线相关关系，提示VEGF、EPO在NVG的发病机制中可能是相互独立的因素。
