Abstract: Coronary angiography examination of part of patients with myocardial infarction（MI） shows that coronary stenosis is lower than 50%,or even lower,which is clinically defined as non-obstructive coronary atherosclerosis-induced myocardial infarction（MINOCA）.At present,it is still lack of treatment guidelines for such diseases,so the etiology of patients in clinical treatment should be made clear in order to implement the best treatment plan.This paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of one MINOCA patient,and analyzes its etiology in combination with the previous literatures.

摘要： 部分心肌梗死（MI）患者的冠状动脉造影检查示冠状动脉狭窄<50%，甚至更低，临床上将其定义为非阻塞性冠状动脉粥样硬化所致心肌梗死（MINOCA）。目前尚缺乏针对该类疾病的治疗指南，故其临床治疗应明确患者病因，从而实施最佳治疗方案。本文报道了1例MINOCA患者的临床诊治经过，并结合既往文献对其病因进行分析。
